About the Role

About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility is to reach out to leads, start conversations, qualify interest, and book appointments for the sales team.

You will be the first point of contact for many prospects, so we’re looking for someone who is professional, personable, and confident on the phone and through follow-up communication.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • enjoys sales conversations

  • is comfortable handling objections

  • can follow a process

  • stays organised with follow-ups

  • wants flexibility with strong earning potential

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contacting leads through phone calls, text, and follow-up communication

  • Qualifying prospects based on our internal criteria

  • Booking appointments for the closing team

  • Updating lead statuses accurately in the CRM

  • Following scripts, workflows, and appointment-setting processes

  • Staying consistent with daily outreach and follow-up tasks

  • Working closely with leadership and sales support as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • the ability to follow a sales process

  • comfort working in a commission-based role

Compensation

This is primarily a commission-based position.

Your earnings are tied to performance, which means this opportunity is best for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate conversations, create momentum, and book qualified appointments consistently.

If you prefer fixed hourly pay only, this role may not be the right fit.
